Master Class: From Test to Trust: UAT End-to-End

ABOUT THIS MASTER CLASS

This course provides a practical, end-to-end overview of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and how to plan, execute, and close out UAT successfully. Participants will review key terms and definitions—including scope of work, requirements, and UAT objectives—then learn how to prepare the documentation and structure needed to support effective testing.

The class covers pre-UAT best practices and core artifacts such as the Business Requirements Document (BRD), Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), and well-structured test cases. Participants will also explore common testing approaches, including directed/curated testing sessions and individual testing, and learn when each method is most effective.

Finally, the course focuses on how to write clear, business-friendly test cases and how to process results: distinguishing defects vs. change items, managing maintenance/change requests, and completing a formal sign-off to confirm readiness for go-live.
