As the founder and CEO of ThinkSmart, Paul led the development and growth of a SaaS workflow automation platform that was eventually acquired by Mitratech. Paul works with the the SimpliGov team in empowering public service organizations to go completely digital with their operational processes by automating and optimizing workflows. The company believes strongly in Digital Transaction Management and is one of the innovators endorsing the initiative for xDTM Standards.

Michael Concannon | Co-Founder

Michael leads SimpliGov’s engineering, operations, and security teams, ensuring reliability and success for each of our clients; as public service entities, they rely on our platform to be dependable and accessible. Michael began his career in software at Kaiser Permanente and Deloitte Consulting, where he ran multiple large-scale software development and implementation projects, specializing in data-driven application development.

As SimpliGov’s CEO, Gary Leikin leads the SimpliGov team and brings more than 20 years of increasingly senior executive leadership experience to this role. Prior to joining SimpliGov, Gary most recently served as Global Vice President at Frost & Sullivan where he was responsible for building global professional services teams delivering business intelligence and strategic advisory solutions to government agencies and leading technology clients. Gary has deep experience driving digital transformation strategy and building high-growth recurring revenue businesses, and holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
